With the arrival of the Speed MP 2026, Head refines one of the most versatile frames in the Speed lineup. Defined by its blend of comfort and controllable power, the MP features a soft 60 RA stiffness that delivers the kind of buttery, connected feedback experienced players appreciate on every strike.
Compared to the Speed Pro, the MP adopts a more open 16×19 string pattern, offering easier access to spin and a higher launch, while stopping short of the extreme RPMs found in the Extreme MP. A 325+ swingweight adds welcome stability against heavier pace, while also boosting power potential without sacrificing maneuverability.
This update introduces Hy-Bor technology, integrating compression-resistant boron fibers into the shaft to enhance stability and create a more unified feel through impact. Auxetic 2 returns in both the yoke and handle, further sharpening feedback and responsiveness, while Graphene Inside continues to reinforce key areas of the frame for added power and torsional stability.
