New Tennis Rackets Coming in 2026!
Major updates are coming to your favorite frames!
The 2026 lineup of tennis rackets is set to redefine performance across every style of play. Every category is getting some major updates across: Power, Control, Spin and All-Round. We are going to see a variety of changes including layups, stiffer beams, and more responsive sweet spots, aerodynamic head shapes, and improved snapback technologies that let players shape every shot with confidence.
Beyond that, expect lighter new hybrid material blends, and new cosmetics. 2026 is the new we’ve all been waiting for!
SPIN

The 2026 lineup of spin rackets include the ever popular Aero and VCORE series but perhaps the most exciting is the new Wilson Spin line of rackets that some of their top players have been testing including Karen Khachanov. Rumored to be a rebrand of the older Kobra line or a altogether new name with references to the reptile serpentes family remains to be seen.
CONTROL

The 2026 will see more of a consolidation from brands of their control line of rackets. As more player move into power and spin friendly frames, the demand for control rackets have declined over the years. Brands should be looking to discard excess models such as the Pro Staff X among other and keep the offerings to a few lean models.
Updates from Wilson include the Blade and Pro Staff lines and Speed and Prestige from Head are all classic control players frames we all grew up to love and are absolute icons in the game.
POWER

OTHER

Tecnifibre will likely release an update to its TFX1 line plus another frame yet to be confirmed as it looks to solidify its emergence as a dominant player in the racket market.
Head has had its new “Squared” framed leaked by Taiwanese pop star Jay Chou on his Insta account a few month back but little is known about the frame other than its somewhat open string pattern. This frame is likely to cater to the masses rather than a pro spec frame.
